About the Presenter: 

Scott Andersohn is a committed optimist, though some might say he is simply an optimist that should just be committed.  Through his business, Water's Edge Coaching, Scott works with leaders, managers and professionals to create work environments that are so engaging employees will catapult out of bed each day eager to get to work. 

With more than 25 years' of experience in Human Resources and Organization Development as an Executive Coach, Business Trainer, HR Leader, and Consultant, he brings expertise and a heart-felt belief that the actions of leaders make the difference between long-term success and failure in an organization and directly impact the bottom line.

Scott holds an M.S. in Industrial Relations, has a B.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, has an SPHR designation, and is working toward an advanced coaching certification.
