Making Self-Care a Positive Habit: A No-Judgment Look at How We Celebrate, Unwind, and Manage Our Stress

We've "cheersed" to the new year and probably indulged a bit on wine. While the "treat yo' self" motto is well intended, especially given the last year we've had, you may find yourself this January ready to take a step back and re-evaluate your own habits or pattern behaviors in your organization. Join Heather Lowe, founder of Ditched the Drink, and other HR professionals for a different kind of Happy Hour to talk about alcohol's effect on the workplace, on the goals of HR, and on our own personal goals. We'll also address other habits and patterns that we may want to kick to the curb in 2021 and discuss how positive personal habits can propel our entire organizations forward.
