Stephanie has over twenty years of experience driving business transformation programs within large multi-functional organizations. Working with Executive Leadership teams, she helps set the strategic objectives and efforts that will drive the organization towards success. Stephanie holds a BA in Business from DePaul University and a MBA from Northern Illinois University. She also holds the following professional certifications; Project Management (PMP), Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resources Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and ITIL. Stephanie also has advanced training in CMMI and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
